Okay... today felt phenomenal. My energy was better, AND I had some stamina. My hips and back are going through range of motion with less pain. Mom and I did a 1.6 mile trail walk at Red Fox Meadows. It was beautiful! I haven't been able to walk a trail in a long long time. My Achilles held up alright on the flat but irregular terrain (remainder of my joints did too, except the left hip, it struggled a little). Mom and I then planted some flowers for the patio....I had a phone conversation AND attended a webinar. I can NOT even tell you the last time I was able to complete multiple tasks requiring energy or exertion like that...I know they may all seem like very small, short activities to you but holding a conversation some days is not possible, let alone doing these other things. I think I am improving on the protocol so far. It is subtle but I can tell a difference in my energy, pain level and range of motion. All baby steps in the right direction!!!!! Hopefully, I did not over do it!
